Enhance your chance!

Mind/Body Program for Fertility and Family Building

It's not magic. It's all about creating the mental, emotional and physical state most conducive to starting your family. Relax with meditation, guided imagery, cognitive restructuring and more. Learn from specialists in acupuncture and couples' massage.

Share the journey. Reconnect with your partner. Receive peer support from people who understand what you're going through.

Stay connected. Participants continue to meet, build community, and support each other after the class ends.

Join us. It works.

250 women have completed the course with a 68% success rate...I'm delighted to say my fall '08 class had a 100% success rate.
